Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance

    Using Atlarix means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    2. The Service

    Atlarix is a native desktop application for AI-assisted software development — supporting managed models, your own API keys, and local inference. It is provided by NorahLabs.

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

    3. Authentication

    You sign in via GitHub OAuth or Google OAuth, both handled through Supabase Auth. Your use of these sign-in methods is subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policy.

    You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

    4. AI Providers

    You may connect AI providers through your own API keys or use the managed Atlarix Core models. Your use of those providers is subject to each provider's own terms and data policies. We do not control third-party APIs or their costs. For Atlarix Core, requests pass through our proxy for prompt building — we don't log or retain prompt content — then go directly to the model provider.

    You are responsible for API keys, usage, and any charges from those providers.

    5. Payments

    Atlarix Pro ($19/month) and pay-as-you-go Atlarix Core credits are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscription terms, cancellation, and refund requests are handled in accordance with our subscription policy. For refund or billing questions, contact support@atlarix.dev.

    6. Agent Integrations

    Pro users can connect services such as Slack, Jira, Linear, Sentry, Notion, and Google Calendar by installing and configuring the corresponding MCP servers in the app (including OAuth or API keys as each server requires). Agent actions are scoped to the permissions you grant. High-stakes actions may require explicit approval or additional authentication depending on the integration.

    Your use of connected services remains subject to those services' own terms.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You must not use Atlarix for illegal purposes, to infringe others' intellectual property or rights, or to create or transmit harmful content. We may suspend or terminate your access for misuse.

    8. Code and Data

    We do not train on your code. Your code is processed locally or sent only to the AI providers you configure. For more detail on how we handle code and data, see our Privacy Policy.

    9. Analytics and Monitoring

    The desktop app uses PostHog (optional, consent-based) and Sentry (error monitoring); the website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — all as described in our Privacy Policy.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account or subscription at any time.

    11. Disclaimer

    The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated output. You use AI features at your own risk.

    User acknowledges that AI-generated content can be inaccurate or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all code before deployment.

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and are not liable for downtime or data loss.

    Atlarix is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users in the EU must be at least 16.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorahLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Atlarix. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Atlarix in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if no payment was made.

    13. Intellectual Property

    You own all code and content you create using Atlarix. We claim no rights to your workspace content, code, or output. Atlarix and the NorahLabs name, logo, and branding remain the intellectual property of NorahLabs.

    Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of Atlarix or any part of its source code is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

    14. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

    15. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold NorahLabs harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the service or any code generated by the service.

    16. Export Control

    You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. or international trade sanctions.

    17. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or website. Continued use of Atlarix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
