Selecting a component to upgrade
When Atlarix offers an upgrade, you choose which component to update. Here's what each option means.
What the options mean
An upgrade prompt may list more than one component:
• App: the Atlarix desktop app itself (auto-update). Installs the latest released version and restarts.
• Project dependencies: libraries/frameworks inside your workspace. The agent bumps versions, runs the migration, and verifies the build.
• Mobile/native projects: Capacitor and native tooling for a mobile app (see the mobile-app guide).
Which should I pick?
Pick the component that matches what you're trying to update. Upgrading the app never touches your project; upgrading project dependencies never changes the app. If unsure, upgrade one at a time and verify after each — the agent will run the project's own checks/tests so you can confirm nothing broke.
